 ReStore Housing charges an affordable flat rate for a bed in one of our affordable homes. Monthly house member bed fee is only $200 a week with a one-time move in fee of $150. This includes a drug-free environment with peer-support, shared room, beds, linens, TVs, dressers, appliances, and essential household items. All utilities including  water, gas, and electricity are covered. House members also enjoy free Wi-Fi, cable TV, groceries, and washer & dryer access.
