ReStore Housing charges an affordable and flexible housing program fee. Our weekly housing program fee is only $175 a bed (i.e. $700 a month) with a one-time move in fee of $150. This includes a drug-free environment with peer-support and structure, beds, linens, TVs, appliances, and essential household items. All utilities including  water, gas, and electricity are covered. House members also enjoy free Wi-Fi, TV, and washer & dryer access.    
 

Housing program fees also help cover overhead including staff, amenities, toiletries, and activities. Weekly payments are due every Friday by 5:00 PM. Monthly payments are due on the 1st day of each month. Scholarships and/or sponsorships may be available to lower costs.
